Manufacturing defects such as cracks, breaks, or hinge failure under normal use.</li><li>Lens coating: 1 year from delivery. Mirror or color coating that&apos;s peeling, flaking, or bubbling, or lens delamination (the lens layers separating or a hazy film forming between them).</li><li>Lab errors: report within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to check with your insurance provider / health plan for eligibility on HSA purchases.You will also need to make sure you keep documentation for your expenses, such as receipts and the details of the transactions. If not, the IRS could deny your tax benefits if there is an audit.
