Troubleshooting Issues

My new glasses feel off, or I'm getting headaches or eye strain. What should I do?

It's normal for new prescription glasses to feel a little strange at first, especially if your prescription changed or you haven't worn glasses in a while. Headaches, eye strain, or slight blurriness usually fade within a few days to 2 weeks.

To help your eyes adjust:

  • Put them on first thing in the morning and wear them regularly throughout the day.
  • Make sure they sit evenly on your face (see "How do I know if my glasses fit correctly?" below).

Still not right after 2 weeks?

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll double-check your order against the prescription and PD you submitted.
  2. We may ask you to visit your eye doctor, who can measure your lenses and confirm they match your prescription.
  3. If the lenses don't match the prescription you submitted, that's on us, and we'll make it right under our Prescription Warranty.

Please note: if your eye doctor finds that your prescription itself needs updating, that's considered a new prescription and isn't covered under warranty.

How do I know if my glasses fit correctly?

Your glasses should sit evenly on your face, resting comfortably on your nose and behind your ears. If they tilt, sit lopsided, or sit too close or too far from your eyes, your vision may not be as clear as it should be. If you're unsure about the fit, a local optical shop can usually check and adjust it for you.
