Are prescription (Rx) orders eligible for returns?

Because prescription lenses are custom-made just for you, all Rx orders are final sale and not eligible for standard returns or refunds.


What if there’s an issue with my order?

No worries, we’ve got you covered.

If something isn’t right, reach out to us and we’ll take a look. We’re happy to help with:

  • Incorrect prescription
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage upon arrival

If we confirm an issue, we’ll remake your lenses at no cost.


What if I don’t like how my lenses look?

We understand that sometimes things can look a little different than expected, especially with lens colors, tints, or mirror coatings.

Do you offer remakes?

No, we don't offer remakes unless there is a defect with the prescription, lens, or frame.


What is covered under warranty?

Our Rx warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Coating issues (peeling, bubbling, etc.)
  • Errors related to lens production

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches from use
  • Lost or damaged sunglasses due to misuse

Can I send my Knockaround frames in for new prescription lenses?

At this time, we do not offer replacement prescription lenses or prescription updates for existing frames, and we are unable to sell prescription lenses separately.

If your prescription changes, you'll need to place a new prescription order using a current frame style and a valid prescription.


How do I start a remake or warranty claim?

Just contact our team (here) and include:

  • Your order number
  • A  description of the issue (please be detailed)
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll take it from there and get you taken care of. 😎
