Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Enter your order number (starts with “KN” i.e: KN1234567) and order email.
Select the item you are inquiring about.
For exchanges or warranty, choose SHOP NOW
That’s it.

Refunds vs store credit
Refunds go back to your original payment method (within 3-5 business days - depends on your bank)
Store credit is sent via email once your return label is scanned and marked In Transit
Shipping charges are not refunded
How “SHOP NOW” works
You receive the full original item value, even if you used a discount
Any unused balance is adjusted back to the amount you originally paid
Example Scenario:
Original Price: $40 (20% discount → paid $32)
- If Returning for "Shop Now": You get $40 in credit.
- Refund/Store Credit: You’ll receive $32 back.
- Partial Credit: If you exchange for a $25 item, you'll get $7 back (remaining credit).
Past 45 days?
