Our sunglasses are built to bring you fun, fresh styles at prices that won’t break the bank. That said, we want you to love your Knockarounds for the long haul. If you receive a pair with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

After our 45-day Return/Exchange period, your shades stay covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
What this warranty covers
Manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Hinge or spring failure
- Frame assembly or finish defects
- Lens coating defects not caused by wear
How we make it right
If your claim is approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to your original purchase price to select a new pair.
Replacement credit is issued based on the original purchase price of your item at the time it was purchased. Because retail pricing may change over time, some replacement selections may require a small additional payment if the current retail price is higher than the original value.
- One warranty claim per paid pair
- You’ll be prompted to select a defect reason and upload photos for review
- Order number or proof of purchase is required
What’s not covered
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage (sat on, stepped on, run over, heat warping, pet chewing, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear (minor scratches or scuffs)
- Counterfeit goods or purchases from unauthorized sellers
- International orders (see below)
- Complimentary, promotional, or free pairs
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
Please head to our Contact Page with the following and we’ll take it from there:
- A copy of your receipt (paper or digital required)
- Your shipping address
- Photos (defect, front of frame, inside arm showing style)
