What is the Lifetime Warranty?
Our sunglasses are built to bring you fun, fresh styles at prices that won't break the bank. We want you to love your Knockarounds for the long haul, so if you get a pair with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.

After our 45-day return/exchange period, your shades stay covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Hinge or spring failure
- Frame assembly or finish defects
- Lens coating defects: mirror or color coating that's peeling, flaking, or bubbling, or lens delamination (the lens layers separating or a hazy film forming between them)
What's not covered
- Scratches or scuffs from everyday use
- Accidental damage (sat on, stepped on, run over, dropped, heat warping, pet chewing, etc.)
- Loss or theft
- Counterfeit goods or purchases from unauthorized sellers
- Complimentary, promotional, or free pairs
- International orders (see below)
Not sure if it's a scratch or a coating defect? A scratch is a thin line you can often feel with your fingernail. Peeling or delamination looks like patches or spots where the color or mirror finish is lifting, flaking, or wiping away. See examples
How we make it right
- Open the Returns & Warranty Portal and enter your order number and email.
- Select the defect reason and upload clear photos.
- If your claim is approved, you'll receive store credit equal to your original purchase price to choose a new pair.
- One warranty claim per paid pair
- Order number or proof of purchase is required
- Credit is based on what the item cost when you bought it. If the pair you choose now costs more, you'll pay the difference.
Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? That isn't a warranty claim and doesn't use up your one claim. Contact us here and we'll make it right.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
Please send the following through our Contact Form:
- A copy of your receipt (paper or digital)
- Your shipping address
- Photos: the defect, the front of the frame, and the inside of the arm showing the style
International & Canada Orders
