Received a Knockaround pair as a gift? We’re happy to help with a return or exchange!

Gift Return Eligibility
Gift orders follow our standard return policy and must be in new, unused condition.
Within the Return Window
If the order is within our standard 45-day return window (or longer during eligible holiday return extensions), gift recipients may:
- Exchange for the same pair
- Use Store Credit
- Use the "SHOP NOW" option in our Returns Portal to select a different available pair
Outside the Return Window
If the order is outside of the eligible return window, gift returns are limited to an exchange for the exact same pair only, subject to availability.
To complete this process in the Returns Portal:
- Select the "Exchange" option
- Choose the exact same frame and color from the exchange list provided
Please note that alternative styles, different pairs, store credit, or refunds are not available once the return window has expired.
How To Start a Gift Return or Exchange
For the fastest service, please provide:
- Original order number
- Email address used for the purchase
Don’t have that information? No worries! Our team may still be able to help locate the order using details such as:
- Purchaser or recipient name or email
- Shipping address
Please note that some order verification is required before we can process a return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for gift returns or exchanges:
- Custom Shop pairs
- Collaboration pairs
- Limited release or final sale items
- International orders
- Promotional free pairs
- Mystery pairs
Damaged or Incorrect Gift Orders
If your gifted item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to make things right.

Will the gift giver be notified?
Not usually. We work directly with the gift recipient whenever possible for exchanges and store credit.
What if I don’t have the order information?
We understand gift orders can sometimes be difficult to track down. While we do require some information to verify the purchase, our team will gladly do our best to help locate the order using any details you may have.
Can I exchange for a different style?
Yes! If the order is still within the eligible return window, you may use the "SHOP NOW" option in the Returns Portal to select a different available pair.
