What's the warranty policy on third party retailer purchases?Updated 24 days ago

Purchases from our Authorized Retailers

We recommend resolving any issues with the retailer you purchased with per their policies, however, if you have issues with any retailers, head to our Contact Form with the following and we'll take it from there:

  • A copy of your receipt (paper or digital)
  • Your shipping address
  • Photos for documentation (defect, front, inside arm showing style)
